This privacy policy applies to the Resplit mobile application ("App"), operated by SuperFit LLC. We recognize the importance of privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy rights.

Information We Collect and How It's Used

Camera Access: The app accesses your camera solely for scanning receipts to facilitate bill splitting. These scans are encrypted and stored only for 24 hours before being deleted.

Contact List Access (Optional): If you choose to enable this feature, the app will access your device's contact list to allow you to import participants for bill splitting. This contact data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is neither accessed nor used by us for any other purposes.

iCloud Sync: All of your app data, including optionally imported contact information, is securely backed up in your personal iCloud account.

Analytics: We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to improve the app's performance and fix bugs. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

Third-Party Services

We employ third-party services to assist in data processing. All data sent to third-party services is encrypted during transit. Please note that the data is deleted after 24 hours and is not used for any other purposes. Analytics

We collect anonymous diagnostic data for the purpose of improving app performance and fixing bugs. This data is not used to identify individual users.

Your Rights and Choices

The App syncs data with your personal iCloud account, which you control. You can manage or delete your data at any time through iCloud settings.
